Welcome to Wellington Estaes in Reno, Nevada!
Wellington Estates is a beautiful manufactured housing community located in the growing northern valleys of Reno, Nevada. We are a quiet all-age community of 119 homes, all of which have private backyards and attached two-car garages. Our large Clubhouse encloses our heated pool, spa, and sauna as well as a large lounge area, full kitchen, and dining room. We are just minutes from downtown Reno, the hub of Northern Nevada. Within an hour's drive there are ski resorts, Lake Tahoe, the state capital Carson City, and thousands of mountain biking and hiking trails.
